The Alabama Rural Health Association Student Chapter at Jacksonville State University is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of rural healthcare leaders by connecting students with educational, service, and professional development opportunities focused on rural health.
Through leadership workshops, mentorship, community service, and networking with healthcare professionals, the chapter equips students with the knowledge and experience needed to pursue meaningful careers serving rural communities. By fostering collaboration and advocacy, the chapter helps strengthen Alabama’s future rural healthcare workforce while promoting improved health outcomes across the state’s underserved areas.
